Refund policy

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, and unwashed, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at support@lavirella.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with return instructions and the appropriate return address. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, certain items are not eligible for return or exchange. These include:

  • Underwear, panties, lingerie, and intimate apparel
  • Bodysuits
  • Swimwear and bikinis
  • Hosiery, tights, and socks
  • Earrings and other pierced jewelry
  • Beauty, cosmetic, and personal care products
  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original tags or packaging

For hygiene-sensitive items such as swimwear and bodysuits, we cannot accept a return if the protective hygiene seal or strip has been removed, broken, or tampered with.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@lavirella.com as soon as possible so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Sale Items

Unless an item is specifically marked Final Sale, purchasing an item at a discounted or promotional price does not automatically make it non-returnable.
